# Exero Group, Prague's Trusted Private Detective Agency

Exero Group is a licensed Czech private detective agency based in Prague, serving insurers, law firms, corporate clients, family offices and private individuals across the Czech Republic and the wider European Union. For more than 35 years our investigators have delivered discreet, legally defensible and evidentially useful results in insurance fraud, corporate due diligence, litigation support, background screening, asset tracing, OSINT and lawful surveillance.

## Investigations built for real decisions

Every engagement starts with a written brief, a documented legal basis under Section 125 of the Czech Code of Civil Procedure and Article 6(1) GDPR, and an agreed proportionality boundary. Fieldwork is limited to publicly accessible places, with strict chain of custody, timestamped material and secure retention. The final output is a bilingual Czech and English report with an annotated evidence annex ready for court, an insurer or an internal compliance committee.

## Sectors we serve

We support insurance SIU teams, TPAs, reinsurers, external counsel, in-house legal, HR and compliance functions, M&A advisers and private clients navigating sensitive family or asset-related matters. Because Prague sits at the centre of European corporate activity, most of our cases are cross-border and require careful handling of the strictest applicable rule across jurisdictions.
