Step 1, Intake
Confidential consultation to understand your objectives, the nature of the matter, jurisdiction, and any time constraints. Every enquiry is reviewed directly by a senior investigator.
Step 2, Scoping
We define the investigative brief, deliverables and methodology before any fieldwork begins. You receive a clear engagement letter covering scope, timeline, legal parameters and fee structure.
Step 3, Field & Desk Work
Covert surveillance, OSINT collection, human-source enquiries, registry and court research, interviews and financial-flow analysis, deployed as the case requires and always within Czech and EU legal frameworks.
Step 4, Reporting
Findings delivered in a structured, source-referenced report designed to be actionable by lawyers, insurers, compliance teams or boards. Chain-of-custody documentation included where required.
Step 5, Debrief
A senior investigator walks through the findings, conclusions and recommended next steps. We remain available to support any subsequent legal, regulatory or internal proceedings.
