    We scope each engagement to a clear evidentiary standard agreed with outside counsel before any field work begins. A typical mandate runs four to ten weeks across two phases: a covert intelligence phase (OSINT, registry mapping, document analysis, targeted field observation) followed, only when the evidence justifies it, by an overt phase (subject interviews, controlled disclosure to HR or the audit committee, digital forensics on company-owned devices). All processing relies on a written legitimate interest assessment under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and respects §316 of the Czech Labour Code on workplace monitoring.
